GroundWork Monitor Enterprise Edition delivers a highly scalable monitoring platform designed to meet the needs of complex, large and distributed environments. Delivering availability and performance visibility for network and system devices, with the Flex program, Enterprise Edition now is easier to purchase as the cost is calculated by the number of devices you are expecting to monitor.

Program parameters:

• 12 month term license (PDF, 136 KB) that may be renewed or increased at any time.
• Total amount is calculated by the number of devices you will monitor multiplied by the per device cost based on service level.
• Read the agreement policy. Read information about Enterprise Edition capabilities.

To begin:

1. Select the service level. Ensure the number of devices meet the minimum number required
2. Agree to the service agreement terms and understand what is considered a device
3. For amounts up to $24,000 USD, you many pay by credit card or P.O online. For deployments outside North America or orders over $24,000 contact your local authorized reseller or GWOS Sales.

After payment completion:

1. Your contract terms starts. Please follow the downloading instructions sent to you by email
2. Install the Monitor Enterprise Edition. Be sure to enable the BitRock Network Service during installation when prompted.
3. Register your deployment here. This provides us with your contact information for support.
4. Take advantage of training and other implementation services to efficiently monitor your IT environment. The getting started training sessions are listed here in the training schedule here.

Service levels:

Level 1: Software license and 6am-6pm PST email support
Level 2: Software license and 6am-6pm PST email, web and phone support
Level 3: Software license and 24x7 email, web and phone support
Level 4: Software license and 24x7 email, web and phone priority support. Named contact and quarterly account review

Enterprise Quickstart:

For environments with up to 100 devices, Enterprise Quickstart offers all of the following at a flat rate of $49 per year:

• A full-featured copy of GroundWork Monitor Enterprise.
• License to use the software for one year to monitor up to 100 devices.
• One seat in the “Getting Started with GroundWork Monitor” training.
• Email support incidents, up to 60 days from first registration (support incidents require that training be completed).
• Enterprise Quickstart is offered to customers located worldwide. The pricing is $49USD and is payable only by credit card.

Flex Levels 1-4

GroundWork’ Monitor is priced on an annual subscription basis. Each subscription includes the GroundWork Monitor software license and annual support. To calculate your total subscription amount multiply the number of devices to be monitored by the per device cost below:
