Premier Support
If you require global, round-the-clock support for your IT Monitoring, GroundWork’s support staff is standing by on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis.
GroundWork Connect
GroundWork Connect is an exclusive information portal available to GroundWork Monitor customers. From within GroundWork Monitor itself, or through a standard web browser, you and your entire IT staff have access to professional support, downloads of software (both updates and plug-ins), extensive supplemental documentation and how-tos, and shared tips from other GroundWork Monitor customers.
