How Professional Services Works
Based on your deployment and your subscription package, some GroundWork Monitor packages do not require Professional Services to ensure proper deployment. These are called Subscription Products, which include GroundWork Monitor Professional and Enterprise Server. We recommend QuickStart Services and Administrator Training for your optimized deployment.
Other GroundWork products in the Subscription Plus categories include both a subscription and service component in the package and pricing. The included services cover installation and initial configuration and may be completed remotely.
Oftentimes, a SOW is required to complete the work. Subscription Plus products include Standby Server, Windows Child Server, GroundWork Distributed Monitoring Agent (GDMA), NMS if NMS training is not completed or is being installed on a remote Monitor Server and Application Monitoring.
